Monster Events, Inc ('we', 'us', 'our', or 'Company') presents the following Terms of Use ('Terms') governing the use of website (the 'Site'). Our Site has been established to provide general information about girls fastpitch softball ('Service').

Monster Events, Inc ('MONSTER', 'MONSTER EVENTS', 'we', 'us', and 'our') values your privacy. This Privacy Policy ('Policy') outlines how we protect your privacy when you use (the "Site"). We own this Site, and others that may be redirected to this Site. The Site enables any visitors (collectively, 'User', 'you', or 'your') to view information about Ohio Girls Fastpitch Softball (the "Service").

Generally speaking, these web-based sources of information do not identify you personally. Furthermore, we may supplement the information you submit to us with other sources of publicly available information.


We have designed our site to enhance the User's experience. Therefore, we may, from time to time, suggest certain promotions or other products that are likely to appeal to you. If and when we decide to activate this set of features, you will have the opportunity to 'opt out' of our marketing material that may be presented on the Site and/or email campaigns. Third Party Marketing. We may, from time to time, offer a promotion if a User provides a referral to an unknown individual or entity ("Third Party") to us. Marketing to this Third Party may take the form of email messages or direct mail. The Third Party would also have certain 'opt out' options.

Email Opt-In

Opting In ('Opt-In') is required when registering for a Monster Events Tournament or event. It is mandatory so that you receive an automatic email confirming your registration. As the individual registering, you agree to the terms and conditions relating to both this site and the specific event. You also acknowledge and agree that you have permission to Opt-In the remaining coaching staff, which may include a manager and up to two coaches. Every manager and coach receives the same confirmation email. In the event that Monster Events elects to market a future event via email, you may Opt-Out of those emails by either selecting the Opt-Out link at the bottom of the message or by contacting us and requesting to Opt-Out.

We will never sell your contact information. We may, however, use a third party service provider to facilitate email communications in accordance with this policy and terms.

User Generated Content

We enable Users to submit content to us for a variety of purposes. A User may post messages, comments, or other information. This User generated content may include, without limitation, audio files, video files, photographs, images, graphics, text, data, and any other category affiliated with the Site. Users who submit content to us in any way shall have no expectation of privacy or publicity with regards to this User generated content. We, at our sole discretion, may publish, repurpose, modify, print, copy, make derivative works of, or otherwise use in any way, the User generated content.


We take reasonable precautions to provide you with an appropriate level of security when you interact with the Site. These precautions help protect against unauthorized use or disclosure but we cannot guarantee the security of the information you provide over the Internet, or stored on a hosted server, or in our databases.

Analytics and Consulting

We hereby provide notice that we may, from time to time, utilize third party firms to assist us in analyzing the data that Users provide. These third party service providers may help us to better understand the behavior of our Users. This understanding might enable us to provide a richer service to you. Furthermore, we might use third party marketing companies to help us reach potential users. We might allow any of these third party companies to use web technologies, including, without limitation, cookies, beacons, and other Internet technologies designed to increase our understanding of our Users. Some permitted technologies may monitor, without limitation, which pages you visit, what search terms you used, the amount of time spent on the Site, the referral location when entering the Site, and your destination upon exit. Our Service is designed and targeted to the parents of young athletes, who are likely to be above the age of eighteen. Our Site does not target children under the age of thirteen (13) but many of the players may view schedules and other team-related information. If you are under the age of thirteen (13), do NOT provide any information to us.



This Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions and, as such, you hereby acknowledge and submit to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the Northern District of Ohio in Mahoning County.
